Quality Control Manager (Sousse)

Main mission

  • Perform daily analysis and quality testing of finished products and raw materials and alert managers to non-compliance
  • To intensively control the quality of production and packaging
  • Supervise the daily work of quality controllers and define their daily intervention programs
  • Develop product data sheets for new products
  • Control in-the-field products in production and products packaged
  • Use external laboratories periodically to make counter-analyzes
  • Perform comparative tests on the product with competing products and draw conclusions    
  • Responsible for the conformity and calibration of measuring instruments and laboratory instruments
  • Ensures the proper use of equipment and materials made available to him and do everything for the safeguarded and preserve the property of the company
  • Responsible for the application and compliance with the procedures and requirements of the quality management system and food and environmental safety

Skills, required training, job requirements

  • Education level: Bac + 4 Specialty Food Industries
  • Professional experience: 5 years & more experience in the field
  • Knowledge in ISO 22000, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
  • Technical and managerial skills in the agri-food sector, interpersonal skills, knowledge of hygiene rules "HACCP", safety and the environment, listening skills and diplomacy are essential skills to sensitize those concerned to food safety requirements, analytical capabilities.
